San Francisco: A Top Choice for University Students
The USF Sport Management alumni network consists of over 2,500 sport industry professionals in California, the U.S. and across the world. For over 20 years, USF alumni have made significant impacts in the world of sports. Unlike any other Master's program, USF Sport Management runs simultaneous, identical programs in Northern California (San Francisco) and Southern California (Los Angeles Area), two of the largest sport markets in the world. USF Sport Management students have access to internships and jobs from Sacramento to San Diego.
The challenges that 230 million global citizens face are the focus of this master’s program, which prepares professionals to better the lives of migrants and refugees throughout the world. The program prepares students to develop migration policies and provide support services to migrant communities. Post-graduates go on to lead local, state, and national governmental agencies; international agencies; policy think tanks and policy planning consulting firms; community-based nonprofits and non-governmental organizations; advocacy and public-interest organizations; philanthropic organizations and foundations; and private-sector organizations.
This one-year program includes a 9-month internship where students gain valuable industry experience and connections. Students develop the mathematical, computational, and business skills needed to succeed as a professional data scientist. Post-graduates embark on careers as data scientists, machine learning engineers, and analysts in the Bay Area, California and throughout the world.
